Fourth Avenue in downtown Seattle is one of the busiest streets in the city. This clock sits just across from Westlake Center, a major shopping district in downtown. Built in the 1950’s, it is now a Seattle landmark. A rare Seattle snow storm shuts the city down but the clock keeps working hard.
